ZOOM CLASS INFO

  • For my 12:15 pm Monday/Wednesday Bunker classes, you can sign up as early as you want up until 7 minutes after class begins.

  • For my 8am Tuesday Chill Bunker classes, please sign on no later than 7:50am. I start on time to ensure everyone has a smooth start of their practice and their day.

  • “Doors” open 5-10 minutes before class, and I start class on-time, so the earlier you log on the better. If you need to leave before Savasana, please be sure to take a moment of stillness before logging off.

  • Classes are Vinyasa style and appropriate for most practitioners. Just like with my in person classes, I offer challenging poses for those who want it, and many options for those needing less of a challenge.

  • If you find yourself lost or needing more attention, I offer 45 & 60 minute private sessions either in person or via zoom. Contact me to discuss your needs and my fee.

  • Some of my classes have a spotlight Yogi so you can follow along with a visual guide. For the classes that don’t have a spotlight you will need to rely on your listening skills or choose a square on Zoom to follow along with. And if you’re doing a recorded class with no spotlight, don’t worry- my instructions are clear so following along is easy.

BUNKER LIBRARY INFO

  • Looking for a specific class theme? Some of my classes are themed and have specific focal points. When that’s the case, the theme is in the title of the class.

IN-PERSON CLASSES

Beginning Monday, September 11th, I’ll be teaching three weekly, in-person classes at Om City Yoga on the Upper East Side.

  • Mondays: Power Flow — 9:30-10:30am

  • Fridays: Open Flow — 9:30-10:30am

  • Sundays: Power Flow — 11:00am-12:15pm

MOMENCE

Momence is an all-in-one platform that helps me run my live online classes and host my video library. Once you sign up for a live class or rent a previously recorded class from my video library, you’ll be prompted to create an account or log into your existing account to complete your purchase.

MUSIC

My taste in music is somewhat eclectic; ranging from house, hip hop and R&B to classical and rock & roll. I find the only styles of music I don’t care for are country and heavy metal, although who doesn’t love Dolly Parton?!

My favorite bands since I was a teenager are The Smiths, Stevie Wonder, Depeche Mode, Dead Can Dance, The Who…

I spend hours on Spotify listening to new music and seeing what my friends and fellow Yoga teachers are listening to. Every week I find a new song or artist that I’m obsessed with and feature them in my class playlists.
