Join me for a Spring Yoga Retreat to Good Commons in Plymouth, Vermont. You’ll enjoy freshly prepared vegetarian meals, daily Yoga, hiking, relaxing by the fire pit, and movie and craft nights. For an extra relaxing trip, book yourself an onsite massage.

During the retreat we will be staying at Good Commons in Plymouth, Vermont.

Check-in:
Thursday, May 15th
by 4:00pm
dinner will be kept warm if arriving later

Check-out:
Sunday, May 18th
by 1:00pm
after a final brunch

What’s Included

  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner — vegetarian meals freshly prepared daily by a private chef. There will also be plenty of snacks and desserts.

  • Daily morning meditation (optional)

  • Daily morning vinyasa practice (open to all levels)

  • Daily evening Yoga Nidra / restorative

  • Evening activities could include: movie night, fire-pit s’mores, hot tub shenanigans, board games, arts & crafts

Downtime Adventures

  • Mel's spring retreat was an amazing place for me to rejuvenate my mind and body. The yoga was perfect- expert instruction, and with many options, so it can be as challenging or laid back as you feel is right for your body. The accommodations were Vermont cozy, and the three meals a day of delicious, nourishing food exceeded my expectations. We all took home recipes! I came to the retreat knowing just one person, but felt like I left with many new friends.

  • Mel's four-day yoga retreat was an absolute rejuvenating experience. Perfect Vermont spring landscapes as the background for relaxation, positive energy, culinary delights, and lots of laughs. The retreat's schedule struck a perfect balance between yoga sessions and leisure time. A dip in the hot tub, private massage, antiques browsing, and a trip to the cheese factory were among the extra perks. The food was not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared to complement the yoga practice. Though, of course, the highlight was undoubtedly the exceptional Mel whose yoga sessions always cater to practitioners of all levels. Morning and evening sessions were accessible and challenging, invigorating and restorative - all just right. I walked away feeling energized, relaxed, and so grateful to have been a part of the community of people who attended. Mel creates such an amazing feeling of connection and belonging (and fun!), and I look forward to doing as many of her retreats as I am able!

  • Mel's spring retreat was the perfect mix -- of people, food, flow, meditation and a beautiful setting. The yoga is just the right amount of active and restorative and Mel's sequencing combined with her perfect playlists take you to another place. The layout of Good Commons is terrific -- spacious but cozy. And there is so much to see and do in between the yoga sessions. I cannot wait to go back this May!

Accommodations & Pricing

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot,
with the balance due two weeks prior to the retreat. Pricing is as follows:

Bedroom # 3 (one full + one twin)
Bedroom # 4 (one full)

Retreat Cancellation Policy

I require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot, with the balance due two weeks prior to the retreat.

If for some reason you’re not able to attend, please allow at least two weeks before the start of the retreat to give notice or risk forfeiting the amount paid.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included. I will do my best to help coordinate car pooling. If you are in the New York City area, you will have a chance to let us know your car needs upon signing up for the retreat.

BYOB

Alcohol is not included, but please feel free to bring whatever tickles your fancy. There is a separate refrigerator for you to store your beverages and any other snacks during your stay.
