Spring Smoothie
Ingredients
Ice cubes
Milk of your choice
Banana
Yogurt
Honey
Blueberries Raw unsalted almonds
Flax seeds
Instructions
Add all of the following to a blender:
A few ice cubes, milk of your choice (I use almond or oat) - add enough to make the smoothie the consistency you like; add 1 large (or two small) bananas; then a few tablespoons of yogurt (I prefer plain); drizzle some honey to get rid of the sourness of the yogurt — have you tried the new Creamed Multi floral New Zealand honey from Trader Joes?! 😋; add a handful of blueberries & a handful of raw unsalted almonds; add a scoop of Flax seed — I like the Golden Roasted whole seeds from Trader Joes.
Finally, add a tiny bit more milk to get things moving. Blend it all together and enjoy!
